Özet: SIG-FI Compass, sunucularımız aracılığıyla hiçbir
kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz veya iletmez. Tüm ölçümler

GİRİŞ
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

SIG-FI Compass ("Uygulama"), Android cihazlar için
geliştirilmiş bir mobil sinyal yönü bulucu aracıdır.

Uygulama; cihaz donanım sensörlerini ve yerel ağ ölçümlerini
kullanarak kullanıcıların en güçlü sinyal yönünü, ağ
gecikmesini (ms) ve veri hızını (Mbps) bulmasına yardımcı
olmak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamanın hangi bilgilere eriştiğini,
bu bilgilerin nasıl kullanıldığını ve geliştirici tarafından
hiçbir kişisel verinin toplanmadığını, saklanmadığını veya
paylaşılmadığını açıklamaktadır.

SIG-FI Compass'i kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan
uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen

• GPS konum koordinatları veya hassas konum verisi
• Cihaz tanımlayıcıları (IMEI, IMSI, seri numarası, reklam kimliği)
• Arama kayıtları, kişiler veya SMS verileri
• Kullanım analitiği veya davranışsal veri
• Sunucularımıza gönderilen kilitlenme raporları veya tanılama verisi
• Tarama geçmişi veya uygulama kullanım geçmişi
• Finansal veya ödeme bilgileri (abonelik ödemeleri doğrudan Google
Play Faturalandırma tarafından işlenir — bkz. Bölüm 6)

4. İZİNLERİN AÇIKLAMASI

Uygulama aşağıdaki Android izinlerini talep eder. Her izin
yalnızca belirtilen amaç için kullanılır ve geliştirici
tarafından veri toplanmasına olanak tanımaz.

READ_PHONE_STATE
Amaç: Android sürümü veya cihaz üreticisi gerektirdiğinde,
cihaz modeminden anten sinyal gücünü (dBm değeri) okumak.
Erişilen: Yalnızca sinyal gücü sayısal değeri.
Erişilmeyen: Telefon numarası, IMEI, IMSI, arama durumu,
kişiler veya arama kayıtları.
Veri iletimi: Yok. Değer yalnızca ekranda gösterilir.

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Amaç: Android 12 ve üzeri (API düzeyi 31+), hücresel sinyal
gücü API'sine (TelephonyManager) erişmek için sistem ön koşulu
olarak Konum iznini zorunlu kılar. Bu, geliştirici tarafından
yapılan bir tercih değil, Android işletim sistemi gereksinimidir.
Erişilen: Yalnızca izin bayrağı. GPS koordinatı okunmaz,
saklanmaz veya iletilmez.
Erişilmeyen: Fiziksel konumunuz, GPS koordinatları veya
hareket verisi.
Veri iletimi: Yok.

ÖNEMLİ NOT: Bu izin konumunuzu takip etmemize izin vermez.
Android tarafından yalnızca hücresel sinyal gücünü (dBm)
okumak için sistem API'sinin kilidini açmak amacıyla gereklidir.
Herhangi bir konum koordinatı kullanılmaz, okunmaz veya
işlenmez.

INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Amaç:
(1) Google'ın işlettiği standart bir genel uç noktaya standart
HTTP isteği göndererek internet bağlantı gecikmesini (ping) ölçmek.
Birincil uç nokta başarısız olduğunda Cloudflare
yedek uç noktası kullanılır.
(2) Kısa süreli düşük veri tüketimli transfer yöntemiyle
anlık veri aktarım hızını (Mbps) ölçmek.
(3) Abonelik satın alma ve doğrulama işlemlerinin Google Play
Faturalandırma altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilmesi.

yaklaşık 500 KB veri indirilir; miktar değişebilir)

İletilen: Kullanıcı verisi içermeyen standart HTTP GET isteği.
Yalnızca sunucu yanıt süresi (milisaniye) ve indirme hızı
(Mbps) kullanılır.
Veri toplama: Yok. Sonuçlar yalnızca ekranda gösterilir.

İnternet bağlantısı kurulurken, kullanılan ağ altyapısının
normal çalışma süreci kapsamında IP adresi ve benzeri teknik
bağlantı bilgileri ilgili ağ hizmeti sağlayıcıları tarafından
görülebilir. Bu bilgiler Uygulama tarafından toplanmaz,
kaydedilmez veya geliştiriciye iletilmez.

WAKE_LOCK
Amaç: Pusula sensörü arka planda çalışırken cihaz CPU'sunun
aktif kalmasını sağlamak (ekran kapalıyken).
Veri toplama: Yok.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC
Amaç: Ekran kapalıyken sinyal gösterimini bildirim çubuğunda
aktif tutarak sinyal takibini ön plan hizmeti olarak çalıştırmak.
Veri toplama: Yok.

REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS
Amaç: Arka plan hizmetlerini agresif şekilde sonlandıran
belirli Android üreticilerinde (özellikle Xiaomi/MIUI) pil
optimizasyonundan muafiyet talep etmek. Ekran kapalıyken
sürekli sinyal takibini sağlar.
Veri toplama: Yok.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Amaç: Android bildirim çubuğunda canlı sinyal verilerini
(dBm, ms, Mbps, yön) görüntülemek.
Veri toplama: Yok. Bildirim içeriği yerel olarak oluşturulur.

VIBRATE
Amaç: Sinyal gücü değiştiğinde dokunsal geri bildirim
uyarıları sağlamak.
Veri toplama: Yok.

SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM
Amaç: Uygulamanın arka planda kesintisiz çalışmasını sağlamak
için bir izleme (watchdog) zamanlayıcısı kurmak. Bu zamanlayıcı,
sinyal takip hizmeti işletim sistemi tarafından durdurulursa
otomatik olarak yeniden başlatılmasını sağlar.
Erişilen: Yalnızca zamanlama işlevi. Kişisel veri veya konum
bilgisi kullanılmaz.
Veri toplama: Yok.

5. ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAF HİZMETLER

SIG-FI Compass, hiçbir üçüncü taraf analitik, reklam
veya veri toplama hizmetini entegre etmez. Aşağıdakiler
açıkça KULLANILMAZ:

• Google Analytics veya Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics veya herhangi bir kilitlenme raporlama
hizmeti
• Google AdMob veya herhangi bir reklam ağı
• Facebook SDK veya herhangi bir sosyal medya SDK'sı
• Kullanıcı verisi toplayan veya ileten herhangi bir üçüncü
taraf SDK

Tek dış ağ etkinliği şunlardır:
(1) Ağ gecikmesi ölçümü için Google ve Cloudflare genel
uç noktalarına standart HTTP istekleri (ping ölçümü için).
(2) Veri hızı (Mbps) ölçümü için Cloudflare hız ölçüm uç
noktasından yaklaşık 500 KB (miktar değişebilir) veri indirilmesi.
(3) Abonelik satın alma işlemleri için Google Play Faturalandırma
hizmeti (bkz. Bölüm 6).

Bu isteklere hiçbir kişisel veri dahil edilmez.

6. ABONELİK VE ÖDEME İŞLEMLERİ

SIG-FI Compass, ilk 7 gün boyunca herhangi bir ödeme veya
kart bilgisi istenmeden tüm özellikleriyle ücretsiz olarak
kullanılabilir.

7 günlük ücretsiz deneme süresinin sonunda, Uygulamayı kullanmaya
devam etmek isteyen kullanıcılara aşağıdaki abonelik seçenekleri
sunulur:

• 3 Aylık Abonelik
• 12 Aylık Abonelik

Tüm ödeme işlemleri doğrudan Google Play Faturalandırma
(Google Play Billing) altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.

Aşağıdaki hususlar açıkça belirtilir:

• Ödeme işlemleri Google Play Faturalandırma (Google Play
Billing) altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Uygulama,
ödeme kartı bilgilerinize erişmez, bu bilgileri görmez veya
saklamaz.
• Google Play Faturalandırma kapsamında işlenen satın alma ve
abonelik bilgileri, Google'ın ilgili hizmet şartları ve
gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde işlenir.
• Uygulama, erişim durumunuzu (deneme süresi/abonelik aktif mi)
sürdürmek için cihazda yerel olarak tutulan bilgiyi
kullanabilir; satın alma ve abonelik bilgileri ise Google
Play Faturalandırma altyapısı tarafından Google'ın ilgili
hizmet şartları ve gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde işlenir.
• Abonelik yönetimi, iptali veya yenileme tercihleri Google
Play Store hesap ayarlarınız üzerinden yapılır.
• Uygulama, ödeme kartı numarası, son kullanma tarihi, CVV
veya benzeri finansal kimlik bilgilerini hiçbir şekilde
talep etmez, görmez veya saklamaz.

7. YEREL VERİ DEPOLAMA

Uygulama aşağıdaki verileri yalnızca Android SharedPreferences
aracılığıyla cihazınızda yerel olarak saklar:

• Uyarı ve titreşim tercihleri
• Uyarı ses seviyesi ayarı
• Sessiz mod tercihi
• Dil tercihi
• Son en iyi sinyal yönü (yön, dBm, ms, zaman damgası)
• Pusula kalibrasyon durumu
• Pil optimizasyonu istek durumu
• Ücretsiz deneme süresi ve abonelik durumu bilgisi

Bu veriler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Herhangi bir
sunucuya yüklenmez, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya
geliştirici tarafından erişilmez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak
yerel olarak saklanan tüm verileri siler.

Kullanıcılar veri silme talebinde bulunabilir mi? → Uygulanamaz

Uygulamayı kaldırabilirsiniz.

Kullanılan izinler → Konum, Telefon Durumu, Ağ — tümü yalnızca
uygulama işlevselliği için kullanılır.

9. ÇOCUKLARIN GİZLİLİĞİ

SIG-FI Compass, 18 yaşın altındaki bireyler dahil
hiç kimseden bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Uygulama herhangi
bir kullanıcıdan kişisel veri toplamadığından küçüklere
yönelik gizlilik riski taşımaz.

10. GÜVENLİK

SIG-FI Compass, kişisel verileri herhangi bir sunucuya
iletmediğinden kullanıcı gizliliğini etkileyen veri ihlali
riski tasarım gereği en aza indirilmiştir. Abonelik ödeme
güvenliği tamamen Google Play Faturalandırma'nın kendi
güvenlik standartlarına tabidir.

11. HAKLARINIZ

SIG-FI Compass, sunucularımız aracılığıyla kişisel veri
toplamadığından geleneksel veri sahibi hakları (erişim,
düzeltme, silme, taşınabilirlik) geleneksel anlamda
uygulanamaz. Ancak aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• İzin iptali: Android Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > SIG-FI Compass
İzinler üzerinden istediğiniz zaman herhangi bir izni
iptal edebilirsiniz.
• Veri kaldırma: Uygulamayı kaldırmak cihazdaki tüm yerel
tercihleri siler.
• Abonelik iptali: Google Play Store hesap ayarlarınızdan
istediğiniz zaman aboneliğinizi iptal edebilirsiniz.
• Vazgeçme: İstediğiniz zaman Uygulamayı kullanmayı
bırakabilirsiniz.

15. SORUMLULUK REDDİ

SIG-FI Compass bağımsız bir uygulamadır ve herhangi bir

Çekim kalitesi; operatöre, kullanılan ağ teknolojisine, cihaz
donanımına ve arazi koşulları dahil olmak üzere çevresel
koşullara bağlı olarak değişebilir. Uygulamanın ölçtüğü veya
hesapladığı değerler; durum çubuğundaki sinyal çubukları,
bağlantı türü (H+, 4G, LTE, 5G vb.), anlık veri trafiği (KB/s)
ve veri hızı (Mbps) göstergelerinden farklı olabilir. Bu
farklılık, her birinin farklı ölçüm ve hesaplama yöntemleriyle
oluşturulmasından kaynaklanır.

Summary: SIG-FI Compass does not collect, store, or
transmit any personal data through our servers. All measurements
are processed locally on your device. No user data is transmitted
to servers operated by the developer. Standard HTTP requests are
sent only to public endpoints operated by Google and Cloudflare
for latency and data speed measurements. Subscription payments are processed through Google Play
Billing; the App does not access, see, or store your payment
card or similar payment information.

INTRODUCTION

SIG-FI Compass ("the Application", "the App") is a mobile
signal direction finder tool developed for Android devices.

The App is designed to help users identify the direction of
strongest mobile signal strength, network latency (ms) and
data speed (Mbps) using device hardware sensors and local
network measurements.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses,
how it is used, and confirms that no personal data is collected,
stored, or shared by the developer.

By using SIG-FI Compass, you agree to the practices
described in this policy. If you do not agree, please
discontinue use of the Application.

2. DATA COLLECTION

SIG-FI Compass does not collect, store, transmit, or share
personal data through our servers. No user data is sent to any
remote server operated by the developer.

The following categories of data are NOT collected:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• GPS location coordinates or precise location data
• Device identifiers (IMEI, IMSI, serial number, advertising ID)
• Call logs, contacts, or SMS data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to our servers
• Browsing history or app usage history
• Financial or payment information (subscription payments are
processed directly by Google Play Billing — see Section 6)
• Biometric data

3. INFORMATION ACCESSED LOCALLY

the purpose of providing the App's core functionality. This
information is never transmitted to external servers.

4. PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

The App requests the following Android permissions. Each
permission is used solely for the stated purpose and does not
enable data collection by the developer.

READ_PHONE_STATE
Purpose: Where required by the Android version or device
manufacturer, to read antenna signal strength (dBm value)
from the device modem.
What is accessed: Signal strength numerical value only.
What is NOT accessed: Phone number, IMEI, IMSI, call status,
contacts, or call logs.
Data transmission: None. Value is displayed on-screen only.

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Purpose: Android 12 and above (API level 31+) requires Location
permission as a system prerequisite to access the cell signal
strength API (TelephonyManager). This is an Android operating
system requirement, not a choice made by the developer.
What is accessed: The permission grant flag only. No GPS
coordinates are read, stored, or transmitted.
What is NOT accessed: Your physical location, GPS coordinates,
or movement data.
Data transmission: None.

Important Note on Location Permission:
This permission does not allow us to track your location. It is
required by Android solely to unlock the system API for reading
cell signal strength (dBm). We do not use, read, or process any
location coordinates.

INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Purpose:
(1) To measure internet connection latency (ping) using standard
HTTP requests sent to public endpoints. The failover
endpoint is used only when the primary endpoint is unavailable.
(2) To measure real-time data transfer speed (Mbps) via a
brief, low-data-consumption download.
(3) To process subscription purchases and validation through
Google Play Billing.

Endpoints used:

What is transmitted: Standard HTTP GET requests with no user
data attached. Only server response time (milliseconds) and
download speed (Mbps) are used.
Data collection: None. Results are displayed on screen only.

As a normal part of establishing an internet connection, IP
addresses and similar technical connection information may be
visible to the relevant network service providers. This
information is not collected, recorded, or transmitted to the
developer by the App.

WAKE_LOCK
Purpose: To keep the device CPU active while the compass sensor
is running in the background (screen off).
Data collection: None.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC
Purpose: To run signal tracking as a foreground service, keeping
the signal display active in the notification bar when the
screen is off.
Data collection: None.

REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS
Purpose: To request exemption from battery optimization on
certain Android manufacturers (notably Xiaomi/MIUI) that
aggressively terminate background services. This ensures
continuous signal tracking when the screen is off.
Data collection: None.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Purpose: To display live signal data (dBm, ms, Mbps, bearing)
in the Android notification bar.
Data collection: None. Notification content is generated
locally.

VIBRATE
Purpose: To provide haptic feedback alerts when signal strength
changes.
Data collection: None.

SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM
Purpose: To set a watchdog timer that ensures the App continues
running reliably in the background. This timer automatically
restarts the signal tracking service if it is stopped by the
operating system.
What is accessed: Only the scheduling function. No personal
data or location information is used.
Data collection: None.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

SIG-FI Compass does not integrate any third-party
analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
The following are explicitly NOT used:

• Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics or any crash reporting service
• Google AdMob or any advertising network
• Facebook SDK or any social media SDK
• Any third-party SDK that collects or transmits user data

The only external network activity consists of:
(1) Standard HTTP ping requests to Google and Cloudflare public
endpoints for network latency measurement.
(2) A small data block download (~500 KB) from the Cloudflare
speed measurement endpoint for data speed (Mbps) measurement.
(3) Google Play Billing for subscription purchase processing
(see Section 6).

No personal data is included in any of these requests.

6. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

SIG-FI Compass is fully usable, free of charge, for the
first 7 days — no payment or card information is required.

At the end of the 7-day free trial, users who wish to continue
using the App are offered the following subscription options:

• 3-Month Subscription
• 12-Month Subscription

All payment transactions are processed directly through
Google Play Billing.

The following points are explicitly stated:

• Payment transactions are processed through Google Play
Billing. The App does not access, see, or store your
payment card information.
• Purchase and subscription information processed through
Google Play Billing is handled in accordance with Google's
applicable service terms and privacy policies.
• The App may use locally stored information to maintain your
access state (e.g., whether the trial period or an active
subscription applies); purchase and subscription information
is processed by Google Play Billing in accordance with
Google's applicable service terms and privacy policies.
• Subscription management, cancellation, or renewal preferences
are handled through your Google Play Store account settings.
• The App never requests, sees, or stores your card number,
expiration date, CVV, or any similar financial credentials.

7. LOCAL DATA STORAGE

The App stores the following data locally on your device only
using Android SharedPreferences:

• Alert and vibration preferences
• Alert volume setting
• Silent mode preference
• Language preference
• Last best signal direction (bearing, dBm, ms, timestamp)
• Compass calibration status
• Battery optimization request status
• Free trial period and subscription status information

This data is stored exclusively on your device. It is never
uploaded to any server, shared with third parties, or accessed
by the developer. Uninstalling the App removes all locally
stored data.

8. DATA SAFETY (Google Play)

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements:

Does the app collect or share user data? → No
(subscription payment data is processed solely by Google Play

(no personal user data transmitted)

Can users request data deletion? → Not applicable (no data
collected). Users may uninstall the App to remove local
preferences.

Permissions used → Location, Phone State, Network — all used
for app functionality only.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

SIG-FI Compass does not knowingly collect any personal
information from anyone, including individuals under the age of 18.
Since the App collects no personal data from any user, it
presents no privacy risk to minors.

Since SIG-FI Compass does not transmit personal data to
any server, the risk of data breach affecting user privacy is
minimized by design. Subscription payment security is governed
entirely by Google Play Billing's own security standards.

11. YOUR RIGHTS

Since SIG-FI Compass does not collect personal data
through our servers, traditional data subject rights (access,
rectification, erasure, portability) do not apply in the
conventional sense. However, you retain the following rights:

• Permission revocation: You may revoke any permission at any
time through Android Settings > Apps > SIG-FI Compass >
Permissions.
• Data removal: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored
preferences from your device.
• Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your subscription
at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
• Opt-out: You may stop using the App at any time.

SIG-FI Compass is an independent application and is not
affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any mobile network
operator, carrier, or telecommunications company.

The dBm, ms, and Mbps values displayed by the App are
instantaneous results based on measurements performed through
the device and network. These values are re-measured and
updated at regular intervals and may change as conditions
change.

The App's "NET" status and "Best Direction" indicator are
generated by processing and evaluating these measurements
together with directional information obtained from the
device's sensors.

Signal quality may vary depending on the carrier, network
technology, device hardware, and environmental conditions,
including terrain conditions. Values measured or calculated by
the App may differ from the signal bars, connection type (H+,
4G, LTE, 5G, etc.), real-time data traffic (KB/s), and data
speed (Mbps) indicators shown in your status bar. This
difference results from the fact that each is produced using
different measurement and calculation methods.
